There is no greater question in Baptist life today than that of Baptist identity. Your donation helps advance Baptist identity now and in the future.
The Baptist History and Heritage Society assists Baptists worldwide in remembering, preserving, and interpreting Baptist heritage and identity for the benefit of the present and the future. The BH&HS educates congregations and individuals about Baptist identity and heritage through print and digital resources, conferences, seminars, training, consultations and other educational means.
Each year the BH&HS reaches and resources hundreds of congregations and thousands of individuals. Through the Society’s work and ministry, congregational identity is strengthened and individual lives are transformed. The expanding work and ministry of the 501 (c)(3) non-profit Baptist History and Heritage Society is dependent upon the generous financial support of Baptist individuals who are committed to the future of their faith.
Of the Society’s work, Gary Burton, pastor of Pintlala Baptist Church in Alabama, says; “I know of no other organization which exists for this mission and this mission alone: to call Baptists to connect with their past in order to shape a more compelling future.”
One time donations as well as annual giving to the BH&HS are investments in the advancement of Baptist identity and values. The Society needs your help to expand its work and ministry to better meet the needs of 21st century churches and individuals who are struggling with the question of Baptist identity.
